I selected Parcelforce48, when was my parcel sent?
Most parcels are collected within 24 hours of you placing the order. Parcelforce aim to deliver your parcel within 48 hours after collection. We are unable to have parcels collected at weekends and public holidays. Please view the above information for delivery times.
I selected UK Priority Courier Service, when was my parcel sent?
Most Priority Courier orders placed before 8am (Monday-Friday) are collected by Citylink the same day and delivered in 2 business days, subject to stock availability. Orders placed outside of this time are collected the following working day. **Please note that during times of peak seasonal demand (Valentine's Day, New Year, Father's Day, but especially Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the delivery of your order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery.
I am not going to be home to be able to sign for my parcel, what should I do?

Parcelforce automatically attempt to deliver your item twice. If you were out the first time, delivery will be attempted the next working day. If you would like to collect your parcel instead of it being attempted again, please tell Parcelforce by using their "collect" option on Parcelforces Receiving a parcel web page. This needs to be done by 6pm the day the first attempt was done to ensure it does not go out on a delivery vehicle the next day. If your parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery a redeliver fee will be charged.
Initial City Link Couriers
Initial City Link Couriers will leave a calling card if you not available to accept your parcel, you agree to call them as soon as possible with the details on the card and/or collect your parcel within 4 days, your parcel will be available for collection between 19.00-20.00 the same day as they tried to deliver or 08.00-20.00 monday-friday,and 08.00-12.00 saturday, you must take the card with you and some proof of identity i.e driving licence,passport,cheque guarantee card otherwise your parcel will not be released to you. After 4 days have elapsed your parcel will be returned to us, which we have to pay for. The cost of redelivery is £12.00.
